Samadhi is a Sanskrit term composed of the roots 'Sama' which translates to balance, and 'Dhi' which is the inner intellect, or inner consciousness. Samadhi is one of the 8 limbs of Ashtanga style yoga and is often referred to as the 'goal' of yoga; but it is not a destination. It's a state of Being: integration of what we learn on the mat into every aspect of our lives.

We offer classes for all levels with a focus on restorative and flow classes designed for all levels, with lots of props and options. New to yoga? A seasoned pro? Our classes help build strength, flexibility, balance, and peace of mind. Movement is only one part of the magic. We also offer Reiki energy work and holistic coaching to support your unique mind-body type and lifestyle—because wellness starts from the inside. Come as you are. Class Booking Policy
As a new studio there is not always attendance for every class. We ask that you register online for classes and appointments, on the Mindbody app, or by call/text (573-673-0537) so we know to expect you! Registration closes 60 minutes before class. Thank you for helping us create a peaceful, organized experience for all!
Downtown Parking
Metered parking is usually available within a block of the studio, and we are located directly across from the Hitt parking structure which offers additional metered parking on floors 3-5. Parking on any level in the garage is free after 6pm and on weekends!
